IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Open to ADULTS 18 years & older
- This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your rating
- One day event only - Sunday 4/27/25
- Pickleballs to be used for all event play tbd
- This charity event has a NO REFUND policy

FORMAT:
- Entries limited to eight (8) teams in each category/division
- Each FULL category/division will be split into two (2) groups
- A round robin will be played within each group
- each match/round will be one (1) game / first to 15 points win by 1 (at 14-14, next point wins)
- 4.0 Mixed will play "rally scoring" with games to 21 (at 20-20, next point wins)
- TOTAL # of games won determines place in division/group standings
- 4th round will be the semi-final match
- Match A = Group #1 1st place vs Group #2 2nd place
- Match B = Group #1 2nd place vs Group #2 1st place
- The remaining four (4) teams will play an additional game also
- Match C = Group #1 3rd place vs Group #2 4th place
- Match D = Group #1 4th place vs Group #2 3rd place
- 5th round will be the finals or Medal Round
- Winners of Match A vs winner of Match B will play for Gold & Silver medal
- Learners of Match A vs learners of Match B will play for the Bronze medal
- The remaining four (4) teams will play an additional game also
- Winners of Match C vs winners of Match D
- Learners of Match C vs learners of Match D
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each FULL skill level division for men, women & mixed will be awarded
Event commitee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.
ENTRY FEE:
- $60 per player / per event
- Online payment/registration only
- Entry includes a player gift and a swag bag
- IMPORTANT - This charity event has a NO REFUND policy
WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?
- The team must play in the division of the higher rated/skilled player
- Players may choose to play up if desired
- Players may not play down a level
- Players may only register for one division within their gender
- 2024 Division Winners, if playing again as a pair, must move up to next higher division
The event committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Registrtion opens - 8:00am Wednesday 3/26/25
- Registration deadline - 7:00 pm Monday 4/21/25
- Draws published in TopDog by Tuesday evening 4/22/25
- Play begins Sunday morning April 27th as early as 8:30am / 8:00am kickoff activities on site
NOTES TO PLAYERS:
- All participants must be available for the duration of the event
- Only players in the match are permitted on the court during event play
- Shower facilities are NOT available
- A fully stocked pro shop with apparel & other pickleball items for sale is located at the Harbour Ridge Lakeside facility
- Lakeside Cafe will be open with refreshments - food & beverage - available for purchase
- NO PARKING permitted on grass areas along either side of Gilson Rd -
- must park in the pickleball lot or in the LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot just past the pickleball lot on the right-hand side
- 50/50 raffle & a silent auction will be held on site so bring your cash!!
