FORMAT:
- Entries limited to 8 teams in per each division
- Full draw of 8 teams will have two (2) separate groups per division playing a Round Robin / three (3) games
- 4th game will be the medal round (playoff)
- Group A #1 vs Group B #1
- Group A #2 vs Group B #2
- Group A #3 vs Group B #3
- Group A #4 vs Group B #4
- Games will be first to 15 by 1 / at 14-14, next point wins
- If division draw not full, a different format will be used & advised when schedule is published
- Standings will be determined by total number of points won
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd places will be awarded in full draw divisions
Tournament committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.
ENTRY FEE:
- $55 per player per event - no discount for multiple events
- Online payment/registration only
- ONE (1) shirt provided to each player
- If registered for two (2) events, another promotional gift will be given instead of a second shirt
- Deadline date to register to receive guaranteed shirt size - Friday October 11th
- Light snacks provided - bananas, power bars, etc.
- Food/beverages will be available to purchase at the Lakeside Cafe

WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?
- The team must play in the division of the higher rated player
- Players may choose to play up if desired
- Players may not play down a level
- Players may only register for one (1) 18+ mens/ladies doubles event. Players CAN register for the Mixed events & the Special 55+ mens/ladies 3.5 level doubles if eligible & desire too
The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Registration deadline - 12:00 midnight Friday October 25th
- Draws published on TopDog - Saturday evening October 26th
- Friday October 11th - last day to register to guarantee requested shirt size
- 18+ Mens/Ladies Doubles will play Sat Nov 2nd / Mixed Doubles & Special 55+ mens/ladies doubles will play Sun November 3rd
NOTES TO PLAYERS:
- NO PARKING permitted on grass areas on either side of Gilson Road - MUST park in pickleball lot or LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot
- All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
- Shower facilities are NOT available
- A fully stocked pro shop with paddles, apparel & other items for sale is on site @ LakeSide
- Lakeside Cafe will be open during the tournament with refreshments/beverages available for purchase
