Players WILL NOT be sent a start time notification.
Age divisions may be combined if entries are low.
Tournament format will be determined by the number of players registered for each division.
$20.00 doubles fee is per player.
Once the draw is published, no refunds will be issued.
Unusual circumstances may be accepted for refunds, contact the tournament director for further information.
If a round robin format is used, the standard match won/loss will determine the winner. In case of a tie, the number of games won/loss will be used to break the tie.
