All proceeds will benefit the more than 7,000 people monthly with services that include basic need such as food, clothing, furniture, financial assistance and long-term case management that helps people build like skills for a more self-sufficient future. • Open to ADULTS 18 years & older
• This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your rating
• Dura Fast 40 pickleballs will be used for this event
• This charity event has a NO REFUND policy

REGISTRATION:

• Register online at TopDog
• EDIT your profile to make sure you've included your birthdate, T-Shirt size & cell phone service provider

FORMAT:

• Entries limited to 8 teams in all divisions
• Full draw of 8 teams will have two (2) separate groups per division playing a Round Robin / three (3) games
• 4th game will be a playoff
• Group A #1 vs Group B #1
• Group A #2 vs Group B #2
• Group A #3 vs Group B #3
• Group A #4 vs Group B #4
• Game will be first to 15 by 1 / at 14-14, next point wins
• If division draw not full, a different format will be used & advised when schedule is published
• Standings will be determined by
• 1st, 2nd & 3rd places will be awarded in full draw divisions

Tournament committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.

ENTRY FEE:

• $55 per player per event
• Online payment/registration only
• Entry includes player short sleeved, DriFit, unisex T-Shirt / size guaranteed if registered by Monday 10/23
• Light snacks provided - bananas, power bars, etc.
• Food/beverages will be available to purchase at the Lakeside Cafe

WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?

• The team must play in the division of the higher rated player
• Players may choose to play up if desired
• Players may not play down a level
• Players may only register for one (1) mens/ladies doubles but CAN register for the Mixed events as well

The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Registration deadline - 12:00 midnight Friday November 3rd
• Draws published on TopDog - Monday evening November 6th
• Mens/Ladies Doubles will play Saturday November 11 / Mixed Doubles will play Sunday November 12

NOTES TO PLAYERS:

• NO PARKING permitted on grass areas on side of the road - must park in pickleball lot or LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot
• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
• Shower facilities are NOT available
• A fully stocked pro shop with paddles, apparel & other items for sale is on site
• Lakeside Cafe will be open during the tournament with refreshments/beverages available for purchase
