IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• No USTA membership required
• Open to ADULTS 18 years & older
• This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your rating
• Friday October 21 kick-off at 6:00pm
• Mixed 4.0+ division play begins (or possibly 4.0 men/women if mixed division not full)
• This charity event has a NO REFUND policy

REGISTRATION:

• Register online at TopDog
• EDIT your profile to make sure you've indicated your T-Shirt size - (shirts are unisex)
• Available sizes - Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XXL
• If need Adult xs please select YOUTH XL
• Guaranteed shirt size if registered by 9/15/22
• Shirts are DryFit & do run a little large
• Not sure if you have a TopDog account, click HERE, login, enter your email address and password or click "Forgot or change password"
• If you do not have a TopDog account, create one free of charge -TopDog website - and indicate your T-Shirt size

FORMAT:

• Men's & Women's doubles - Mixed doubles 4.0+ level only
• 4.0, 3.5 & 3.0 divisions - 10 game pro-set (10 point tiebreaker at 9 games all)
• Consolation draw for 1st round losers of 4.0, 3.5 & 3.0 divisions
• Entries limited to 16 teams in the 4.0, 3.5 & 3.0 divisions
• Mixed 4.0+ - best 2 out 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreaker played in lieu of a full 3rd set
• Consolation draw for Mixed 4.0+ depending on number of entries

Tournament commitee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.

ENTRY FEE:

• $85 per player
• Online payment/registration only
• Entry includes player shirt and lunch on Saturday
• Shirts are UNISEX
• Sizes are Youth XL, Adult S, M, L & XXL
• Must be registered by September 19th to guarantee your shirt size
• This charity event has a NO REFUND policy

WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?

• The team must play in the division of the higher rated player
• Players may choose to play up if desired
• Players may not play down a level
• Players may only register for one division

The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Registration deadline - 9:00 pm Friday October 14
• Draws published on TopDog - Monday evening October 17
• Play begins - Mixed 4.0+ - Friday night October 21 / all other divisions begin play Saturday morning October 22

Mens &/or ladies 4.0 division play may begin Friday night 10/21 if there is not enough Mixed 4.0+ participation.

NOTES TO PLAYERS:

• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
• Only players in the match are permitted under the courtside canopies during tournament play
• Shower facilities are NOT available
• A fully stocked tennis pro shop with stringing service, tennis apparel & other tennis items is on site
• Lakeside Cafe will be open during the tournament with refreshments available for purchase
